When will my order ship?

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund. Please note, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns. Once we receive the returned product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase.
To ensure a smooth return process, please include your name and order number with the returned parcel.
Important:
• If your package is still in transit, you will need to wait for it to arrive before initiating a return and receiving your refund.
• Clothing items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items with any signs of wear, damage, stains, or odors will not be accepted.
