Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that any items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective
• The item is damaged
• You received the wrong item

This allows us to evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
• Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
